Job Description:
Medical assistant- Applicants will be working with our providers and patients on a daily basis, duties as a medical assistant will include but are not limited to the following:
Patient intake and vitals, lab ordering and lab draw ability, radiology scheduling, insurance authorizations, medication ordering, medication administration (IM, SQ injections), and charting/scribing for the provider.
Individuals should have medical assistance experience, applicants should be motivated, eager to learn, and should possess good communication skills.
Job Description:
Front Staff/ Receptionist- Applicants will be working with medical staff and patients.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
scheduling, payment collection, prior authorization duties, checking insurance eligibility, medical records preparation, referrals.
Applicants should have good communication skills, and should be friendly and helpful, and should be able to multi-task and follow directions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
