The Manager is tasked with ensuring the retail store is running smoothly and that Weedology meets their goals.
The Manager will coordinate daily business operations such as ; monitor, assist and motivate staff, oversee training and education of staff, direct/oversee/engage with all other managers within the stores to ensure proper management techniques with all the departments, ensure high level of customer service and monitor financial activities.
This position will also help improve the administration processes, formulate policies, identify business opportunities, as well as, advise on hiring, training and terminating of employees.
Overall responsibility for all aspects of the daily operations and customer experience from customers entering the waiting lobby and budtender/staff engagement through the checkout process.
